Killer Company Team building Process

Corporate Team Building events- The "Killer Company" process incorporates Appreciative Inquiry(AI) & Higher Ground Leadership, Hawkins Consciousness Levels, Open Space Technology and Emotionetics.

Most corporate team building is really "group entertainment" and a break from the office - The results of which usually lasts as long as the motivating entertainer is on stage - When "Elvis leaves the building" so does the transitory motivation.  So what was really achieved?

Something more is required to ensure corporate team building delivers on it promise.

We've designed that new something. It's called Building a "Killa Company" - a team build to die for!

Step 1 – Individual to team presentation

- Each person presents their picture of the current stare of affairs.
- Presents their perfect future vision and their present challenges.

Step 2 – x Teams of 3 (Competition begins)

- Intro each other, chat about personal info – build relationships
- Each pair discusses their understanding on previous input.
- Each pair presents their updated perfect future vision, potential challenges and solutions, and the impact they see themselves bringing and what they would do to build the “Killer Company”

Step 3 – x Teams of 6 (Each take on new ideal company ID)

- Intro each other, chat about personal info – build relationships
- Discusses previous teams’ input feedback and suggestions.
- Present their updated perfect future vision & potential challenges
- Work on personal Destiny, Cause and Calling (DCC) direction and possible company Destiny Cause and Calling.

Step 4 – x Teams of 10

- Intro each other, chat about personal info – build relationships
- Discusses their understanding on previous teams’ input using AI model.
- Present updated perfect future vision, potential challenges and solutions, and the impact they see themselves bringing.
- More focused work on business Destiny, Cause and Calling.

Step 5 – x Teams of 20
- Intro each other, chat about personal info – build relationships
- Discusses their understanding on previous teams’ input using AI model.
- Present updated perfect future vision, potential challenges and solutions, and the impact they see themselves bringing.
- More focused work on business Destiny, Cause and Calling.

Step 6 – 1 unified Team of 40 (or whatever team size)

- Continue to grow relationships
- Team discusses their understanding on previous teams’ input
- Team explores and discusses a perfect future vision, potential challenges and solutions, and the impact they see themselves bringing (Use De Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats, The Walt Disney Process & Appreciative Enquiry).
- Finalisation of Leadership teams’ business Destiny, Cause and - Calling Clarification of business direction and initial roles and responsibilities.
- Celebration & commitment to the team and the companies DCC.

The final steps are the consolidation and completion of the team building process, with rules of engagement and commitments towards the future Destiny, Cause and Calling.

This process engages heads, heart and Souls and allows everyone to be an active part of designing and creating their future organisation.
